HabAid raises funds to support a number of charities in Israel, the UK and elsewhere in the world, whose primary purpose is helping disabled and disadvantaged children.

Dear Friends and Supporters,

2018 proved to be a challenging year for us, as with many charities and organisations in the UK, Brexit has been an influence. We decided to use the hiatus to review and change some of our traditions. One such change is moving our Annual Gala Boxing Dinner from November to March, We believe that with spring in the air, we will not only attract even more people to the event, but that we will all benefit from this positive time of year and longer days. So this year the event will be on 18th March and at a brand new venue for us, the Grange St Paul’s Hotel. We have a great evening planned with some exciting boxing entertainment, a full evening and excellent food.

2018 was still very busy for us too. We were lucky enough to have been able to continue HabAid’s sponsorship of the Langdon football team. Our logo continues to be emblazoned across the players’ shirts and the donations we provide do so much for the children that play in the teams. We are also delighted to provide much needed funds for various projects to many other charities in the UK, Israel and across the globe.

We now turn to our focus to 2019, where we are planning several exciting fund raising events and with your continued help, we hope to break all previous targets and raise enough to provide funds to even more much needed causes in helping the terminally ill and underprivileged children we work for.

Whilst I remain humbled by the support HabAid has attracted from its donors and supporters, our work is never done. We continue in our relentless pursuit to make a difference to the lives of children still suffering worldwide. Your generosity does change the lives of hundreds of young children who will have opportunities that previously they could only dream of.

It never ceases to amaze me how British people turn their attention to the plight of less fortunate children when called upon to help. I am proud to announce that we are working hard to ensure 2019 will be an outstanding year in the history of HabAid.

Please help us to achieve even more for our HabAid charities. There are a number of ways you can help today:

    • Come to our Annual Gala evening in March 2019
    • Take an advertisement page in our 2019 Gala Event Brochure
    • Ask for your entry into the Children’s Name page in our brochure
    • Sponsor all or part of our 2019 events

    • Donate on-line – any amount will help – we are all voluntary workers on the committee, so 100% of your donation goes to our causes

Thank you all for your magnificent contributions and continued support.
